ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Shipping Policy
Nationwide shipping in 1-2 days for orders >$500; and real-time tracking for critical operations.
Returns AND REFUND POLICY
For customers with Net terms
A SERVICE CHARGE OF 1 1/4% PER MONTH (15% PER ANNUM) WILL BE ADDED TO INVOICES NOT PAID AS AGREED BY CUSTOMER OR 30 DAYS AFTER INVOICE DATE.
Once purchased, there will be no refund or exchanges permitted on custom hose assemblies.
Other products (which do not include hose assemblies made by Seller) will incur a 15% restocking fee and given in store credit only.
There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any electrical components.
RETURNED CHECKS $29.00 FEE.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The maximum liability of Seller to any person arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of any goods delivered to Buyer
hereunder, whether such liability arises from a claim based upon contract (including strict liability) or otherwise, shall IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT.
PAID BY BUYER TO SELLER FOR THE GOODS GIVING ARISE TO SUCH CLAIM. Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for incidental, consequential or
special damages for any claim of any third party.
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS TO GOODS PURCHASED HEREUNDER, THEIR CONDITION OR OPERATION, THEIR CONFORMANCE WITH ANY
INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.
For customers with non-net term accounts
ALLOWED EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE ON THIS RECEIPT.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The maximum liability of Seller to any person arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of any goods delivered to Buyer hereunder, whether such liability arises from a claim based upon contract (including strict liability) or otherwise, shall IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER TO SELLER FOR THE GOODS GIVING ARISE TO SUCH CLAIM. Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages for any claim of any third party.
WARRANTY DISCLAMER: If it is possible to do so, Seller shall undertake to assign to buyer, the warranties, if any, granted by the manufacturer(s) of goods purchased hereunder or components thereof to seller. Except for the warranty of title, SELLER DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS TO GOODS PURCHASED HEREUNDER, THEIR CONDITION OR OPERATION, THEIR CONFORMANCE WITH ANY INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.
RETURNS: Once purchased there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any hose assemblies. Once payment is complete, the customer
agrees that their custom hose assembly is satisfactory. Other products (not including hose assemblies made by the Seller) will incur a 15%
RESTOCKING FEE and given in STORE CREDIT ONLY.
There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES allowed on any electrical or hydraulic pumps/motors, PTO’s, hydraulic valves, quick disconnects, ramps or other special orders made by the customer. Permitted returns or exchanges MUST be accompanied with the original invoice and be within 30 days from date of purchase.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE STATED.
A FEE OF $29.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNED CHECKS.
BY ACCEPTING YOUR RECEIPT AND COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE ABOVE CLAUSES AND YOU AGREE TO THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY STATED ABOVE.
